We used our in-house collaborative strategy framework to gain deep insight into Research Bookmarks’ current customer profile and their pain points. Using this data, we developed a content marketing strategy to help Research Bookmark build the authority and credibility it deserves in the UX Research industry. We were attracting new users to the platform and opening new revenue streams for the company.

We started the project with a facilitated (remote) workshop. We used this workshop to create a “Brain Sync” with the Research Bookmark team, establishing objectives and defining the product and customer through stakeholder interviews, user testing, and prototyping.
We analyzed survey data to validate our customer profiles and found that users primarily consumed articles, videos, and blog content. To address this, we collaborated with a subject matter expert to create educational resources such as guides and templates and developed a 6 month-long monthly webinar series featuring esteemed UX Researchers from fortune 500 companies like Google, Pinterest, and Amazon. Our value-based approach was designed to address the primary pain point of UX Researchers: finding valuable resources.
Our collaborative design process with the Research Bookmark team allowed us to create a Webinar calendar that was impactful to new users and built relationships with some of the biggest brand names in the Industry.
Research Bookmark’s main userbase are people looking to get into the UX Research Industry, they come from different backgrounds, industries, and education levels. They all have one thing in common; “They’re looking for a guide, a source for valuable resources that will help them get started in the industry.”
We worked closely with the User Experience Research team at RB, crafting and testing endless iterations, transforming the user journey from awareness to retaining the user. Interactive prototyping tools like Figma, user testing tools like Maze, and user monitoring platforms like HotJar were essential to this process.
Every part of the website feels consistent with Research Bookmarks brand guidelines. We wanted to make the whole experience seamless across multiple platforms, most of the UI components are custom designed, with slight creative differences from RBs design guidelines.
